Remedial and Sports Massage Therapies.Massage is all about the client. Here at the Centre of Wellbeing everybody is an individual and is treated as such. With a new client I will take the time to determine what is the most appropriate treatment plan. This will normally not take more then 10 minutes. However before each and every massage I like to get feedback from the previous massage and reassess the requirements for the current session. This will allow me to track progress and ensure that each and every massage meets the ongoing needs of the client. Treatments can include:
The massage generally lasts for approximately one hour. Longer times can be arranged if desired. The massage may be combined with other modalities such as Reiki, and or Reflexology. The Centre of Wellbeing's therapy room creates an atmosphere of warmth and safety for the client. Short introductory courses are offered to learn massage to be applied to family and friends. Please ask to see if your fund is covered. (Through the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT)). All sessions are by appointment only Costs are as below.
