Building Strengths for Women Workshop.
We all have problems. They act on our lives like poor tuning on a car, or bad
aerodynamics on a plane, and keep us from achieving all that we want to.
For many of us, life seems full of problems. Sometimes, we may think that we
are the only one's to have this problem. At other times, we know that many feel
the same.
In this class we will be exploring many of the following points:

Clearing
the debris of your past and finding a brand new world just for you. |
| Turning your problems into opportunities. |
| Changing your unworkable beliefs into brand new workable beliefs. |
| Coming into true control of your life and feeling free! |
This is a class about you – and it enables you to find your strengths, it
also helps you work through the weaknesses in your life.
It is a must that we understand ourselves before we can understand
others and move forward in our
lives.
The group will grow together in many ways and will explore many subjects.
Great friendships have been formed from these groups.
This is a great weekend of workshops and interaction. Included is an
optional massage or Reiki session.

2nd and 3rd of Feb 2008 starting at 10am till 4.00pm each day.
